Mac OSX Terminal Permissions Issues

06 Oct 2015 So with Node Package Manager, HomeBrew, PIP and various other package managers that throw errors on my aging development Mac the following rightly or wrongly fixes most if not all of the issues.

I am posting here to save me searching every day for the syntax and answer
